At ASK Consultancy and Advisory, we believe in clarity and action.  Following an extensive executive career our Principal and Founder, Alana Scheiffers, recognised a critical need: sometimes organisations just need to "get sh!t done". Alana has never been one to mince her words, and she realised that sometimes we all just need someone who will tell us how it is in clear, plain english and then, importantly, give us the solution and actually help us implement! 

 

Alana's passion lies in cutting through complexity to deliver practical, implementable solutions and this is at the core of everything we do.
